At Nymeraa, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: To initiate the return process, please email us at support@nymeraa.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
- Return Approval: After we review your request, we will send you further instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). Please note that items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We carefully inspect each item before shipment, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@nymeraa.com. We will address the issue promptly and offer a replacement or refund.
Exceptions (Non-returnable Items)
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable Goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom Products (such as personalized items)
- Personal Care Goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous Materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend following the return process. Once approved, you can place a new order for the desired product. This is the fastest way to get the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
