Welcome to Nymeraa.waer By using our website, services, and products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using our services.
Article 1 – General
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Nymeraawear website (nymeraa.com) and the sale of products by Nymeraa ("we," "us," "our") to you, the customer ("you," "your"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Article 2 – Products and Services
We offer a variety of clothing and fashion items for both men and women. All products listed on our website are subject to availability. In the case that a product is unavailable or out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.
Article 3 – Conformity and Warranty
Nymeraa guarantees that the products sold meet the contractual obligations, the specifications in the offer, and comply with reasonable quality and usability standards. Our products come with the manufacturer's warranty, and any defects or issues must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery. If a product is defective, we will either repair or replace it, at our discretion.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, alterations, or improper handling of the product.
Article 4 – Order and Payment
All orders placed through Nymeraa.com website must be paid in full before shipping. We accept payments via Shopify Payments and PayPal. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Article 5 – Delivery and Shipping
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to ship within 2-6 business days. Delivery is available to both Canada and the USA. The average delivery time consists of 2 working days processing time and 4 working days delivery time.
Are the products you ordered in stock?
Then we will send the package to you the same (working) day. If a product is not in stock, it may take one to ten business days for the package to be shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, and orders over CAD 75 qualify for free shipping.
Article 6 – Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.
Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Article 7 – Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes, we encourage you to first contact us to resolve the issue. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, we agree to resolve the dispute in accordance with Canadian law, and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Canadian courts.
